Abogado Vernal Immigration Blog
Clear information to keep you up to date.
The immigration process in the United States can feel overwhelming, especially when the information you find online is confusing, contradictory, or simply does not apply to your situation. That is why we created this space: an immigration blog written by the Abogado Vernal team, designed to keep our community informed about the immigration topics that affect it most.
Here you will find articles about the most common immigration procedures, updates on recent changes in immigration law, and answers to the questions we hear most from our community in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Fort Worth and San Antonio.
This content is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as legal advice. Every immigration case is different, and the only way to know what applies to your specific situation is through a direct consultation with our team.

Every week, at our offices, we hear the same questions over and over: a sign that some information is not always easy to find, or lends itself to confusion. Here we gather our community's most common questions, explained simply and directly.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Dallas and Houston are also open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
At Attorney Vernal's office you can have your consultation in person or virtually. You can also request it through our customer service line at 469-809-1181 or by email at info@farnumlawfirm.com
At Attorney Vernal's office the initial consultation costs $100, either in person or by video call.
Your initial consultation will be handled by an experienced immigration attorney, who will listen to you and evaluate your case. Our attorney will give you information about the process that is right for you.
Our staff is bilingual, able to speak, write and understand both English and Spanish, which allows us to assist you in the language you prefer.
